Applicants are eligible if and only if they are attending, or planning on attending college. The winner will be chosen at the end of each month. It will be required by the winner to prove their status of enrollment, or their acceptance letter into the college of their choice. This goes for any college - community, technical, university, etc. The winner must complete the paperwork that will be sent to them by U.S. mail, and agree to have their photograph posted on the "Winners" section of our website. We will also audio record the phone-call we make to the winner when we reveal the great news. It will then be asked by the applicant if we can post their recorded reaction underneath their picture. The posting of the audio recording will be optional, but the photograph will be required prior to receiving the money.

It will be our choice (the owners of scholarshipyou.com) to deny any applicant for any reason whatsoever. Even if we elect a winner, and they fill out the required paperwork, and mail their photograph to us, we may still choose to deny the applicant.

When we say "Everyone Qualifies" --we mean-- everyone qualifies for registration. It will always be determined by Scholarship You if the winning applicant qualifies or not. Our intention is to be fair and honest with all of our reasons for making each of our decisions.

Is there a catch? - Absolutely not. As long as the generated profit from the advertisements on our site doubles the stated $5,000 giveaway (totalling $10,000) within the specified month, we promise to pay our winning applicant exactly the stated scholarship amount. The reason we state this is because we are protecting ourselves from having to pay for a scholarship we can't afford. Please remember that even non-profit charity organizations have to pay their employees enough money so that they can sustain themselves. Our scholarships will vary from month to month depending on the amount of profit generated from any commission-based portion of our site. If the profit generated in a particular month is less than two times the dollar amount of the stated scholarship money we may still decide to award a winner a given scholarship of our choice...

The winners will be drawn from all of the confirmed (opt-in) applicants -randomly- and can use the money for whatever school-related necessities they may have. Scholarship You may or may not control what the money will be permitted to buy.
